- The cost of the gas itself
- A monthly service fee
- Any taxes that apply to your area
Your utility will send a separate invoice for delivery services.

Your utility charges you monthly to cover the costs of maintaining and constructing the pipelines and equipment that distribute natural gas directly to your business.
We’ll automatically refund your deposit after six months of on-time payments on your account. Once your account qualifies, we’ll apply your deposit as an account credit within 60 days.
Otherwise, we’ll return your deposit to you within four to six weeks of the date that you discontinue service with Infinite Energy, provided the account doesn’t have any outstanding balance.
Until it’s returned to you, we’ll keep your deposit in a non-interest-bearing account.
Our business customers may have different requirements; please let us know if we can answer any questions about your account.
In the past, Florida business customers weren’t able to choose their natural gas supplier, and everyone received gas supply from the utility. Today, you have more options. You can continue to use the utility for natural gas supply, or you can choose an alternate supply company.
No matter which company supplies the gas, your utility still delivers the gas, reads the meter and performs all the same services as before.
However, different suppliers offer more rate options than utilities, allowing you to choose the best plan for your individual business needs.
You’d only be leaving its supply service. While Infinite Energy will take over the supply portion of your service, your existing utility will always handle the delivery service. The utility is responsible for delivering gas to your business, and its technicians read your meter, respond to emergencies, and repair and maintain your delivery pipelines.
Yes. When you choose natural gas from a third-party supplier, you will receive two bills: one from the utility for natural gas delivery, and one from your supplier for the natural gas itself.
In case you have any questions about your charges or account, this billing format makes it easy to determine which company to contact.
