As part of Doing More for You, we’re always looking at ways we can make your experience with us the best it can be.
To that end, we recently overhauled our website to give it a new clean look and feel. The functionality is still the same, so you can easily find the information you need, but you’ll notice a new design when you visit.
If you’re used to using our online customer app, that part hasn’t changed yet, but getting there will look a little different.
And we expanded some of our pages to share more information on topics you may want to know about. For example, on our “In the Community” section, you’ll now find numbers and figures for our education giveback and volunteer hours. And on our “Careers” page, we’ve included stats on employee satisfaction, since we believe a great customer experience starts with invested employees.
