Infinite Energy is excited to announce that in its first year taking part in Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces survey, we’ve been listed as one of the nation’s best places to work.
Inc. magazine is a weekly publication that writes for and about U.S. businesses—small and large. The magazine looks at thousands of privately owned companies across the U.S. each year for this survey, and Infinite Energy is excited to be one of 300 employers to make the cut.
Inc. says creating a company that workers want to be a part of means “more than good pay and good perks—it’s also about having a clear purpose, a sense of humor, and leadership that makes them all work together.”
Inc. bases its Best Workplaces awards each year on such aspects as benefits, company culture and employee engagement, using an employee survey to help determine how well a company meets these criteria.
“Companies that don’t score at the very top of their peer group don’t make the cut,” Inc. magazine’s James Ledbetter said about the process. “So, our hats are off to the winners. They all excelled at engaging their workers, making them feel appreciated and aligning them behind a mission.”
We’re honored to be recognized for the culture here at Infinite Energy. We know work takes up a good portion of anyone’s life. And so we want our employees to enjoy being here. We want them to feel like they’re being challenged in a good way, with purpose, and that they’re playing a part in their own success. And, as much as possible, we want them to have fun while they’re doing it.
In the 24 years we’ve been in business, we’ve also been recognized by Florida Trend, Outside magazine, the Gator100, the Seminole 100 and the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce.
We know we’d never have gotten where we’re at today without all of the great employees, customers, partners and vendors we’ve been involved with over the years. We thank you all, and we can’t wait to see what the future brings.
