Awesome facility. The people working there were all very friendly. Seating is extremely comfortable and food is also excellent. Saw the Gladiators for the first time and the atmosphere was electrifying, even though the crowd was fairly small. Would love to go back again sometime. Just wish it were closer!

I love Infinite Energy. My family and I had an awesome time at the Infinite Energy Center. I don't know any other utility company that gives away free tickets to their customers. We really appreciate their great customer service!

I had a great experience when it came time to renew my rate plan. Logan was very helpful and explained the different options so it was easy to select the plan best suited for me. I have no complaints. I can't wait to get my Nest Thermostat that will help me save more on my bill! Thanks Infinite Energy!

Infinite Energy's always provided great rates and great customer service. Today a rep named Saint both helped with my transition in addresses mid-contract, and he also provided helpful information on how renewals work. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable... 5 stars :) In fact, they even emailed me a direct link to provide this review, which is the only reason I had time to write this up.

Logan was the representative that helped me activate my new service. I enjoyed the conversation because he was friendly and professional. Also it didn't take long to get my account set up. I think I found my new gas provider.

Christine, of Infinite Energy, gave me new knowledge pertaining to meter reading cycles, about which I had many questions. She encouraged me to register my meter at Smart Meter Texas which I wanted to do. Numerous number strings are printed on the smart meter face. Which number is the meter number? Christine gave me that information as well. With no face-to-face contact, one goes on tone of voice to determine another person's demeanor. She was so very kind, delightful and respectful --- I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. Christine, AWESOME JOBl!!!

Tess was very patient and knowledgeable about the products and services. She has very good customer service skills and very nice. I will definitely recommend family and friends to deal with her. I have never had better customer service in my life !!! Tess went above and beyond for our family !!! She was very empathetic of our family situation ,all of her friendly reminder calls helped us stay on track ,she has worked with our family for over a year!!! Not once did she make us feel bad or uncomfortable about our finances ,as a matter of fact she went above and beyond to make sure that things were easier on our family !!! There should be a "Tess " in everyone's business ,because great customer service is everything!!!! We thank her from the bottom of our heart Way to go Infinite Energy for hiring such a great person !!

I worked with Dallas who helped set up a 2nd account for me. As an existing Infinite Electric customer, Dallas was an excellent customer service professional. He listened and understood my requests, he handled my requests with understanding of his job and treated me with respect. As I have had a history in the customer service business, I know what it takes to provide good and bad service, and Dallas was one of the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. You have a great person in Dallas working for Infinite Electric. By the way a gentleman I believe named Saint also helped me prior to Dallas and he also provided great customer service.

Great experience with Customer Rep Sarah. She was very friendly and answered my question quickly & efficiently. She also gave me a heads up on what to expect when my contract comes due.

Very delightful experience. Kelsey really lifted my spirit. Her voice and her words brought peace to me and her knowledge of the product was great. I have one family member so far that will be switching to Infinite Energy. I am working on getting the others to switch also because I want Kelsey to get a lot of recognition or points or rewards. Keep up the good work. I am a satisfied customer.
